The UNO Student Veteran Organization is humbly requesting volunteer assistance from your organization for our Tribute to the Fallen.
Tribute to the Fallen is a week where the University of Nebraska at Omaha will honor members of the armed forces who have made the ultimate sacrifice since September 11, 2001. We are honoring these veterans by placing a memorial flag into the ground as well as a continual reading of their name. We would love for your organization to come volunteer with us fromApril 15th through April 20th 2018. We will need assistance in placing and removing almost 7000 flags and also reading of the names of our fallen brothers and sisters in arms.
