VFW Post 9844 meets on the third Monday of each month 7:00 PM. We ask that all members who are able attend these meetings.
The judging for the Patriot's Pen and
Voice of Democracy essays will be Wednesday, November 6 at 7:00 PM at the Country
Club. Please come and help us out.
A big think you for the people who have been helping out at the VFW Steak fry. When you have a lot of people it makes things much easier. The
steaks, garlic bread and salad were delicious!
Mark has set out all of the flags in the cemetery's. Thank you for your help!
The Yutan VFW chapter needs to replace the signs we have posted on
the Yutan Country Club building. We are going to hold a raffle to pay
for them. The prizes are listed below.
First prize: $500.00 of meat from the Ravanna Locker.
Other prizes: Handmade quilt, yard gnome, others..
The drawing will be June 8 next year at the State Convention.
