Navy set to commission USS Omaha

The USS Omaha is set to be commissioned. The formal ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, February 3rd in San Diego.

The Navy calls it the newest Independence-variant littoral combat ship (LCS), the future USS Omaha (LCS 12).
