November 11, 2025 Veterans Day Program

The Yutan VFW and American Legion took part in a Veteran s Day program on Veterans Day in the Yutan High School gym. Attendance included the grade school and high school students and many friends and family.
 
Hank Sauer delivered the Welcome Address, telling what our flag stands for.  The Yutan High School Band directed by Nate Capron, the First Grade Chior directed by Sarah Wibben, and the 7-12 Choir directed by Sarah Wibban provided the music.
 
The veterans and their family members were asked to stand as the band played the anthems of the Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard were played.
 
 Awards were presented for the Voice of Democracy and Patriot's Pen competition, and to the Teacher of the Year.
