To clarify any confusion or incorrect information, see the attached ‘bullet points’ on housing reservation cancellations for the Reno convention.

RENO 2020 HOUSING RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
As of 4/20/2020
 

If you made your hotel reservation with Orchid Events/VFW Housing, your reservation has been cancelled automatically and you were sent a notification of the cancellation via email (if an email was provided).
 
 
No fees (1 st night deposits) have been charged to credit cards. No action is required on your part. If you paid a hotel deposit by check, you will be refunded.
 
 
If you booked a hospitality suite, please email our housing manager, Susie Brenner at susie@orchid.events
 
 
NOTE: If you made a hotel reservation at a hotel outside of the VFW room blocks – Official VFW Hotels - Grand Sierra, Atlantis, Nugget, you will need to call the specific hotel directly you made the reservation with and cancel that reservation yourself.
